During the night of October 2nd to 3rd, energy facilities across several regions faced assaults, including the gas infrastructure. The Ministry of Energy reported this via Facebook.
"That night, the enemy launched missile and drone strikes against various energy sites across multiple regions, particularly targeting gas transportation systems," the statement reads.
Rescue teams and energy workers are currently addressing the aftermath.
The Russian army conducted a combined missile and drone strike on Poltava region on the night of October 3rd, damaging energy infrastructure. In Poltava, some schools have switched to online learning.
