Due to enemy shelling, Kyiv's railway infrastructure has suffered damage.

This was confirmed by Ukrzaliznytsia.

Passenger trains heading west are now following alternative routes through Vyshneve and Darnytsia, causing delays of up to two hours.

Currently, Kyiv City Express is only operating on the northern semicircle route of Svyatoshyn - Pochayna - Darnytsia (in both directions). Due to the overlap with passenger trains, schedule deviations may occur.

We apologize and are conducting repairs promptly; reserve locomotives will ensure trains are delivered within the capital as service resumes on the Svyatoshyn - Kyiv-Pasazhyrskyi line.

Update as of 07:30:

Restoration work on the tracks in the capital is ongoing, and power has been partially restored; trains on the Fastiv direction are now running as scheduled. Trains on the northwestern (Svyatoshyn) route are currently operating with reserve locomotives. Korosten direction trains will run through Pochayna and Darnytsia — there will be an additional stop on the left bank with a transfer option to Kyiv City Express. The latter is making regular trips along the northern semicircle of Darnytsia — Rusanivka — Livoberezhna — Voskresenka — Pochayna — Syrets — Svyatoshyn.

Train departures from Kyiv are delayed; we apologize to passengers and are closely monitoring each service. So far, train No. 705 Kyiv-Przemyśl has departed with a delay of +1:28, train No. 1/123 Kharkiv-Ivano-Frankivsk, Vorokhta has a delay of +4:40, and train No. 21/103 Kramatorsk, Kharkiv - Lviv is delayed by +4:36.
