On the night of June 13-14, Russian forces launched an attack on Zaporizhzhia using 14 Shahed-type kamikaze drones. As a result of this attack, two law enforcement officers were injured, and there was damage to civilian infrastructure and vehicles.
According to Fedorov, the assault happened at dawn when the Russians targeted the city with 14 Shahed drones. This offensive left two police officers wounded.
"Due to the Russian shelling, a humanitarian facility caught fire. Vehicles, a store, and a public transport stop were damaged. The blast wave shattered windows in high-rise buildings," said Ivan Fedorov, the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration.
