The General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces has announced successful strikes on key military-industrial complex facilities in Russia located in the Samara and Stavropol regions.

According to Ukrinform, this information was released via Facebook.

As part of the effort to reduce the enemy's capabilities in producing explosives, on the night of June 14, UAV units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, in cooperation with other defense forces, struck at vital targets within the Russian military-industrial complex.

Specifically, the facilities of JSC "NNK" in the Samara region were hit. This leading enterprise produces components for explosives, and explosions and fires have been reported in the industrial area.

Additionally, a fire strike was carried out on the "Nevinnomyssk" plant in the Stavropol region, which is one of the key producers of basic components for explosives and rocket fuel. This facility is involved in supporting Russia's military aggression against Ukraine. Reports indicate a series of explosions and the activation of Russian air defense systems in the target area.

The General Staff emphasized that the results of the strikes are being clarified.

As reported by Ukrinform, the "Nevinnomyssk Azot" facility, which produces ammonia and ammonium nitrate for explosives and artillery shells, was attacked in the Stavropol region.

Moreover, the Novokuibyshevsky catalyst plant in the Samara region, which is vital for the fuel autonomy of the Russian military-industrial complex, was also targeted.
