The Ukraine national football team concluded their Euro 2026 qualifying journey with a win against Romania.
This match, held in Poland's Koszalin at the "Hala widowiskowo sportowa", ended with a score of 3:1.
The guests took the lead after a Ukrainian error – Mykytiuk mispassed, allowing Mania to strike powerfully into the net. Ukraine quickly responded with an elegant backheel goal from Artem Farenyuk.
In the second half, Nazar Shved put Ukraine ahead, scoring with a touch following a pass from Mykytiuk. Rostyslav Semenchenko later doubled the advantage, slotting the ball into an empty net after a pass from Abakshin.
