Yaroslava Mahuchikh — secured a silver medal at the Diamond League Final held in Zurich, Switzerland. This marks her fifth consecutive medal at this prestigious athletic tournament.

In a fierce competition for the season's main diamond in women's high jump, the Ukrainian athlete finished behind Nicola Olyslagers. The Australian cleared 2.02 m on her first attempt, while Yaroslava achieved it on her second. Olyslagers then jumped 2.04 m, and Mahuchikh opted for 2.06 m. No athlete managed to clear this height, resulting in a victory for Nicola Olyslagers with a personal best of 2.04 m. Yaroslava's three-year winning streak in Diamond League finals came to an end, placing her second while matching her seasonal personal record of 2.02 m.

Another Ukrainian, Yuliya Levchenko, finished fourth, clearing 2.00 m for the first time in five years. She was edged out by British athlete Morgan Lake based on the number of attempts, who set a national record.
