The Director of the Youth and Sports Department of Kyiv, Yuliya Mykolaivna, hosted a ceremony to honor the Kyiv athletes who achieved success at the 2025 European Championship in Kyokushin Karate, held on May 24-25 in Warsaw.

Achievements of the Kyiv athletes:

• Kravchuk Andriy — European Champion
• Teslenko Sava — European Champion
• Vorobiov Oleksandr — Silver Medalist
• Mezhenskyi Anton — Silver Medalist

It is worth noting that the championship featured 1100 athletes from 27 countries, with the Ukrainian team winning 54 medals and securing second place overall!
