Forward Roman Yaremchuk from Olympiacos emerged as the hero of the Greek Cup final, scoring a goal against Iraklion and contributing to the team's second trophy this season.

The player started the match on the bench but came on in the 71st minute, and in the 90+3 minute, he scored the second goal, bringing the score to 2:0. He also received a yellow card for his efforts.

As a result, Olympiacos completed the season with a golden double, having previously secured the title of Greek champions.

This goal marked the tenth for Roman for Olympiacos across all competitions, along with 2 assists to his name.

Earlier reports indicated that Olympiacos' head coach, Jose Luis Mendilibar, does not see the Ukrainian forward as a key player for the next season.
