The Ukrainian esports organization B8 showcased an impressive performance at the international Counter-Strike 2 tournament held in Mongolia.
The team secured third place, defeating the local team Chinggis Warriors in the bronze final with a score of 2:0. B8 easily handled their opponents on their map choice (Inferno) and confidently beat the Mongolians on their own map (Dust2).
This achievement earned the organization $30,000 in prize money and improved their standing in the Valve world rankings, where they now hold the 18th position.

It's worth noting that the Ukrainian organization qualified for the Major by defeating the Danish team Astralis, one of the most decorated teams in Counter-Strike history. This marks the first Major for the team, making them the youngest among all participants.
Interestingly, another Ukrainian team owned by Oleksandr Zinchenko, Passion UA, also qualified for the previous Major tournament by overcoming Astralis, becoming the youngest participant as well.
The Austin Major 2025 will take place in the USA from June 2 to June 22. The prize pool will be $1,250,000. Another Ukrainian team, NAVI, has already qualified for the Major, and all participants of the competition are now known.
