Juvenile police set up engaging activities for children and their parents. The event brought together law enforcement, the youngest residents of the city, and partners who supported the initiative.

Yesterday at Kontraktova Square, an event took place aimed at raising children's awareness about safe behavior rules in everyday life, especially in wartime conditions, as reported by the communication department of the Kyiv police.

The police focused particularly on road safety rules, safe crossing of streets, and behavior around vehicles.

Children were also instructed on how to act in dangerous situations, reminded of the steps to take when encountering suspicious or explosive items, and briefed on safe practices during water activities.

The children joyfully interacted with the police officers, familiarized themselves with their gear, participated in quizzes, and received informational brochures, bright stickers, balloons, and sweet treats.

At the end of the event, the children took photos with the officers and shared their positive experiences.

The Kyiv police stated that they will continue to hold such events, as prevention and education in a friendly atmosphere is vital for ensuring a safe future for the younger generation.

It is worth noting that Kyiv schoolchildren were informed about how Russian special services recruit suicide bombers. Juvenile prosecutors explained how Russian special services use teenagers against the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
