In the Kyiv region, law enforcement authorities have arrested three individuals for the brutal beating and psychological humiliation of a 16-year-old boy.

The offenders filmed their actions on a mobile phone. The minor suffered physical injuries and severe emotional distress.

The incident was reported by the victim's brother, according to the local police department in Bila Tserkva.

Within an hour of operational measures, police located the attackers, who turned out to be a 29-year-old and two 26-year-olds from the Malovishansk community.

“Searches were conducted at the homes of the suspects and the crime scene, where evidence and instruments of the crime were seized, documented by forensic specialists,” said the senior communication inspector.

All three were detained and placed in a temporary holding facility. The court has imposed a preventive measure of detention without bail for 60 days.

The suspects have been charged under Part 2 of Article 127 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – torture committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy.
