Ukrposhta has announced the release of a new postage stamp dedicated to the 110th separate mechanized brigade named after General Mark Bezruchko. The stamp unveiling ceremony took place with the participation of the unit's soldiers.
According to Ukrposhta's CEO Ihor Smilianskyi, the idea for the stamp emerged about a year ago following a meeting with Hero of Ukraine, former brigade commander Mykola Chumak, MP Oleksandr Marikovskyi, and Serhiy Volkov.
"This concept was brought to life thanks to the creative talent of artist Anastasia Bas and the photographs of Anton Sheveliov. The stamps depict the names of towns and villages where the 110th brigade was stationed," Smilianskyi noted.
During the ceremony, donations were also collected for the brigade, which Ukrposhta has supported since the beginning of the full-scale invasion.
Ihor Smilianskyi emphasized that the company will continue to assist the military and honor their achievements. The soldiers presented Ukrposhta with their unit flag, which will now be preserved in the company's museum.
"Thank you to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, let us honor our heroes," concluded the head of Ukrposhta.
