The Croatian Defense Minister Ivan Anusic arrived in Ukraine on Sunday, October 26, for an official visit. This was reported by the minister himself.
Anusic stated that he would stay in Ukraine for two days. In Kyiv, he has a meeting scheduled with Ukrainian colleague Denys Shmyhal.
"I came to Kyiv not only for bilateral talks but also to honor the memory of the brave Ukrainian people and all the victims of Russian aggression," emphasized the minister.
He assured that Croatia would continue to provide humanitarian and military assistance to Ukraine.
"During this visit, I will discuss support for the Ukrainian defense industry and cooperation between the Croatian and Ukrainian military sectors," added Anusic.
It is worth noting that last year Croatia provided Ukraine with the DOK-ING MV-4 mine clearance robotic system. Throughout the full-scale war, Croatia has also supplied helicopters Mi-8 and assisted in the rehabilitation of Ukrainian children and servicemen.
