The DELTA system, developed in Ukraine, has become the leading command platform for joint forces during NATO exercises REPMUS 2025. Ukraine's Minister of Defense, Denys Shmyhal, announced that over 100 drones of various types – maritime, underwater, ground, and aerial – were coordinated using DELTA.
This marks Ukraine's second consecutive participation in NATO REPMUS 2025, the largest international exercise focused on the deployment of drone technology in maritime operations. During the exercises, our servicemen shared their combat experience with international partners, Shmyhal noted.
The head of the defense department emphasized that DELTA has demonstrated its compatibility with the latest NATO standards, as well as confirming that Ukrainian technologies not only meet NATO standards but also introduce new approaches to warfare.
"This is proof of our ability to quickly adapt to various combat scenarios on land, at sea, or in the air," the minister summarized.
It is worth recalling that in August, Denys Shmyhal signed a decree to implement the DELTA digital command system at all levels of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
This combat digital ecosystem enables real-time monitoring of the battlefield, effective military operation planning, and data exchange within units, brigades, and formations, and with allies if necessary.
DELTA is accessible from laptops, tablets, and mobile devices, allowing commanders at all levels to use it effectively.
