Ukrposhta is rolling out a new initiative called «Express Window» to improve the speed of service for customers receiving packages and letters.
This was announced by the company's CEO, Ihor Smilianov, via Telegram.
The pilot project «Express Window» has been operational since September 8 in over 1,500 urban branches of Ukrposhta.
«To combat queues, we have created the Express Window, which will be marked in black and yellow. Customers can quickly send or receive packages, as well as obtain letters and cash on delivery here,» the message states.
According to Smilianov, with the new package management system, receiving a package will take only 30–45 seconds. Additionally, the company will provide packages for sending parcels free of charge at all branches.
All other services, including pensions, payments, letter dispatches, etc., will be available at the universal window.
