Prosecutors in Kyiv have filed charges against a 17-year-old and a 20-year-old for creating a fraudulent profile of «Madyar». The Office of the General Prosecutor reported this via Telegram.
The individuals allegedly collected money «for the military» through TikTok over a six-month period, with the total amount exceeding 1 million UAH, which they used for personal expenses. 
Their actions are classified as fraud committed by a group of individuals in conspiracy using electronic means (Part 4 of Article 190 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
