The criminal organizer promised to transport «clients» to Romania, circumventing checkpoints. Currently, investigations are underway to identify other individuals involved in this activity. 
Kyiv police investigators, along with the SBU and under the supervision of the prosecutor's office, discovered a 35-year-old man who organized illegal exits for conscripted men to neighboring countries.
The perpetrator found «clients» among his acquaintances and promised to arrange their illegal border crossing for 20 thousand dollars. The «client» was to reach the Lviv region, where he would be met by another accomplice who would transport him to the border with Romania outside of checkpoints.
During a search at the organizer's residence, police found 15 thousand dollars, which he received for the «service». Law enforcement arrested him according to Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine.
The man has been charged under Part 3 of Article 332 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – organizing the illegal transportation of individuals across the state border, committed by a group for mercenary motives. The penalty for this article includes up to nine years of imprisonment with confiscation of property.
Currently, measures are being taken to identify all individuals involved in the criminal scheme to hold them accountable.
