Last night, during a patrol at Kontraktova Square in Kyiv, law enforcement officials uncovered some offenses. A group of five local teenagers, aged 15-16, along with their 18-year-old friend, were drinking alcohol in public, using foul language, provoking conflicts, and disregarding comments from passersby. Police intervened, halted the offenses, and invited the teenagers along with their parents to the Podil Police Department for a preventive conversation. Administrative reports were filed against the minors under articles 178 and 173 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, and the adult faced charges under article 180. Parents were also issued protocols under article 184. The police emphasize that such actions carry legal consequences, including fines or administrative arrest.
