The Obolon District Prosecutor's Office of Kyiv has sent to court an indictment against two men who promised to help a conscript delay his military medical commission (VMC) for several months in exchange for money. An indictment has also been sent to court regarding the intermediary who assisted them.
It has been established that a 37-year-old man was detained by the Obolon Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support. Understanding that he could be mobilized after passing the VMC, he began searching for contacts through acquaintances who could help him. He then found two "assistants".
Initially, they valued their services at $600, but later their demands increased to an additional $1000. For this money, they guaranteed him a summons with a date for the next appearance in one or two months.
During several meetings, the conscript handed over a total of $1600 to the intermediary. For an additional $1000, they promised to delay his VMC.
