This morning, police received reports of a shooting in a residential complex. Residents reported that an unknown individual fired shots at a moving car. Law enforcement quickly arrived at the scene, including detectives and patrol officers.

Authorities, with the assistance of criminal analysis specialists, promptly located and arrested a 35-year-old suspect under Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. The man explained that he fired at the car with non-lethal weapons due to a conflict with the driver that had occurred the day before. The vehicle's owner was unharmed.

A criminal investigation has been initiated under Part 4 of Article 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine — hooliganism committed with the use of weapons. The penalty for this offense can be up to seven years in prison.
