The Cabinet of Ministers has adopted a new resolution aimed at integrating the digital platform «Dream» into the preschool education system. This was announced by Ukraine's Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko and the Ministry of Digital Transformation.
«Dream» will serve as the primary educational platform that will accompany children from kindergarten through to the end of school», — noted Yulia Svyrydenko.
Dream. Preschool» will provide educators with convenient tools for:
- attendance tracking;
- class attendance recording;
- meal tracking;
- sleep monitoring.
Parents will gain straightforward access to information regarding their children's education and progress.
The resolution also entails additional updates for the «Dream» system:
- Launching gamification. Businesses will be able to support the development of children and youth by providing bonuses or incentives through the platform.
- An open platform for content. Teachers and companies will be able to publish their materials (from courses to videos), while the government will oversee the quality of this content.
According to Svyrydenko, over the past year, teachers have recorded more than 11 million grades and over 5 million absences on «Dream», as well as submitted more than 2.5 million homework assignments.
