The capital of Ukraine, Kyiv, has identified new sites for the placement of mobile shelters aimed at ensuring citizen safety. This information comes from the Department of Municipal Security of the Kyiv City State Administration (KCSA).
According to the protocol of the Kyiv Defense Council, district administrations (RDA) have identified 109 priority locations for the installation of shelters across various districts of the city.
These locations were selected based on their capacity and technical feasibility, following approval from the Department of Urban Planning and Architecture.
It is noted that the exact timelines for the installation of these shelters have not yet been disclosed.
As a reminder, from October 20, traffic on the Podilsky Bridge will be restricted during air alerts. On October 14, it was reported that Kyiv plans to install 500 mobile shelters in areas where they are needed.
