On the morning of April 23, a drone attack on the city of Marhanets in Dnipropetrovsk region resulted in 9 fatalities and 6 injuries.

In a statement, Lysak said, "The aggressor struck Marhanets with a kamikaze drone. Preliminary reports indicate that 7 people have died. We are verifying the details."

Update: As of 8:30 AM, Lysak confirmed that the death toll has risen to 9.

"The enemy's attack has claimed 9 lives. My condolences to the families and friends. The number of injured is continuously increasing. Currently, there are 30 reported injuries," Lysak stated.

He specified that the aggressor hit a bus carrying employees of a company.

The State Emergency Service added that a Russian FPV drone also struck the bus. The service published photos from the scene.

The images show a damaged bus roof, with many dead or injured people inside and around the vehicle.

Additionally: A fire broke out at an agricultural enterprise due to the Russian attack, resulting in 2 injuries in the Synelnykove district.

"As a result of a drone attack in the Raivka community of the Synelnykove district, two men aged 40 and 48 were injured. Both are receiving outpatient treatment. A fire erupted at the agricultural enterprise. Firefighters are working to extinguish the flames," Lysak reported.

Furthermore, according to him, Russian FPV drones attacked the Nikopol district, targeting the center of the district, Pokrovsk, and Marhanets communities. Fortunately, there were no casualties or injuries from these attacks.

"Defenders of the sky shot down 4 enemy drones in the region. An air raid alert is still in effect. Please ensure your safety," Lysak concluded.
