Georgiy Tikhiy, spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, expressed his outrage over the platform X, which labeled posts about the deaths of Ukrainian children due to Russian shelling as «shocking content».

He accused the social network of concealing crimes committed by Russia.

The Ministry emphasized that social network X is ignoring facts about Russia's atrocities.

«Seriously, X? Since when is the number of Ukrainian children killed considered «shocking content”? This isn't merely about protecting users from graphic images. This is an attempt to silence war crimes. It's unacceptable, and this decision must be reversed!», he wrote on his page.

Georgiy Tikhiy also shared a screenshot to illustrate how the social network hid a post from the official page of the Ministry.

The image shows that social network X concealed a post reporting that at least 616 Ukrainian children have been killed by Russia, and 1869 injured since the onset of the full-scale invasion.
