On the night of April 12, air defense forces were active in Kyiv. Following a Russian attack, fires erupted in the Sviatoshynskyi and Darnytskyi districts of the capital. Two individuals were injured.

Details: According to the mayor, a fire broke out in non-residential premises in the Sviatoshynskyi district, while a private house is burning in the Darnytskyi district.

Later, Klitschko reported two injuries in the Sviatoshynskyi district.

At 06:46, the State Emergency Service reported on the consequences of the Russian attack in the Sviatoshynskyi district.

At another address – a fire in two warehouse buildings covering areas of 1000 and 150 sq. m with partial destruction, located on the premises of an industrial enterprise. Efforts to localize the fire are ongoing".

Updated: As of 07:00, the fires in the Sviatoshynskyi district have been localized, the State Emergency Service reported. Work on eliminating the aftermath is currently underway.
