On the evening of April 8, the Russian army launched a drone attack on Dnipro, igniting fires in the city. This was reported by Serhiy Lysak, head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional administration, and Mayor Borys Filatov.

Drone attack results: 15 injured

Currently, 15 individuals aged between 18 and 87 have been reported injured. Eight people have been hospitalized, one in critical condition and six in moderate condition.

Five apartment buildings were damaged, with at least 200 windows shattered and destruction in the private sector.

Fires have also been reported in the city.

Mayor Filatov confirmed strikes on residential buildings. Head of the regional administration Lysak provided updates on the victims' conditions.

“Shahed” attack on Kramatorsk: what we know

On the night of April 9, Russian forces also attacked Kramatorsk using “Shahed” drones, injuring a family that included an 11-year-old child.

This was reported by Vadim Filashkin, head of the Donetsk regional military administration.

Preliminary information indicates that an 11-year-old girl, her 34-year-old mother, and her 55-year-old grandmother were injured.

“Last night, the city was subjected to a massive drone attack by Russian forces...,” wrote Filashkin.

Emergency services, police, and local authorities are working at the impact sites. The extent of the damage caused by the strikes is currently being assessed.

Night attack by Russia on Kharkiv: 20 “Shahed” strikes

On the evening of April 8 and the night of April 9, Russia conducted a new drone attack using “Shahed” drones against Ukraine. Approximately 20 strikes were recorded in Kharkiv.

This was reported by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SES).

SES also released photos of the aftermath of the drone attacks in Kharkiv.

According to emergency services, strikes were recorded in the Kyiv, Industrial, and Osnovyansky districts of the city.

“The strikes were on civilian enterprises, warehouses, and service stations. Six fire outbreaks occurred. The total area of the fire exceeds 1200 square meters,” the SES report stated.
