This was reported by the 7th Rapid Reaction Corps of the Air Assault Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook, along with a video of combat activities.
Military officials emphasized that the operational situation within the 7th Corps' area of responsibility remains challenging.
Last week, Ukrainian forces eliminated and wounded 386 Russian invaders, which is nearly 25% more compared to the previous period.
The Russians are trying to advance further into Pokrovsk, utilizing infantry assault groups supported by drones. Clashes are ongoing in various parts of the northern city.
Concentrating in the northwestern section of Pokrovsk, the enemy is increasingly directing its infantry towards Hryshyne. Specifically, the Russians are attempting to storm the settlement from the east, north, and south, operating in small groups and trying to infiltrate between the positions of Ukrainian defense forces.
Over the past day, 168 clashes between Ukrainian forces and Russian invaders were recorded on the front.
