The soldiers of the 25th Separate Airborne Dnipro Brigade have managed to destroy 43 Russian-made drones in a short time. This was reported on the brigade's official page.
The defenders are carrying out combat missions in the Pokrovsk region. All 43 drones were shot down by a single crew from the anti-aircraft missile division.
The destroyed drones varied in modifications, with some equipped with combat payloads. According to the military, the cost of one drone is approximately $2200, which means that over three days, the soldiers destroyed drones worth nearly $95,000.
"We had to chase down some of the drones, but in these races, we have the advantage. We operate in any weather and strive to support our infantry," shared the drone operator of the 25th Brigade with the call sign "Quest".
All Russian drones were destroyed using intercepting drones "General Cherry AIR," the company "General Cherry" reported. Earlier, the manufacturer presented an updated model of this UAV line, capable of reaching speeds of up to 236 km/h.
"Defense" also mentioned that the P1-SUN drone destroyed a Russian kamikaze drone of the "Shahed" type, while a drone from another Ukrainian unit captured this moment on video.
