There are currently no reports of Russian forces attempting to disguise themselves as civilians in the Toretsk area, as there are no peaceful residents left. This was stated by Vladislav Yurov, Deputy Head of the Preventive Activity Department of the National Police, during a television broadcast.
«In the Toretsk area, such attempts are no longer occurring because there are no civilians left there. However, they attempted to practice this in the Pokrovsk direction. We were aware of this information and, together with the 7th rapid response corps, prevented them from executing their plans, as we knew in advance what they intended to do», he noted.
Yurov emphasized that the situation in the Toretsk and Pokrovsk directions is currently difficult but under control.
«The defense forces are making every effort to repel the aggressor’s attacks», he assured.
He added that there is complete understanding among all branches of the military. «Combat tasks are being carried out. We strive to respond as quickly as possible to all incidents relevant to us. Therefore, the invaders hardly manage to infiltrate our ranks or create conditions that could destabilize any direction», he stated.
