Ukrainian air defense forces successfully neutralized 83 out of 111 drones utilized in an attack on Ukraine on the evening of December 2. This information was shared by the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine via Telegram. 
Starting from 18:00 on December 2, the enemy launched 111 strike UAVs, including Shahed models, from directions such as Kursk, Millerovo, Primorsk-Akhtarsk (RF), and Chаuda (temporarily occupied Crimea), with over 60 being Shahed drones.
The air assault was countered by anti-aircraft missile forces, electronic warfare units, and mobile fire groups of Ukraine's defense forces.
As of 08:00 on December 3, air defense had shot down or suppressed 83 drones in northern, southern, and eastern Ukraine.
There were recorded impacts from 27 strike UAVs at 13 locations, along with debris falling at one site. The most significant damage occurred to civilian infrastructure and private households in Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhia, Kharkiv, and Odesa regions. There are casualties among the civilian population.
