As a result of Russian aggression on the morning of November 29, over 500,000 residents of Kyiv have been left without electricity, along with more than 100,000 in the Kyiv region and nearly 8,000 in Kharkiv. This was reported by the Ministry of Energy.

During the night from November 28 to 29, the enemy launched a massive missile and drone strike on energy infrastructure targets in Kyiv and the regions of Kyiv, Chernihiv, Sumy, Poltava, and Kharkiv.

As of the morning, the attack has left Kyiv without power for over 500,000 consumers, more than 100,000 in the Kyiv region, and nearly 8,000 in Kharkiv, according to the report.

"Emergency recovery efforts are already underway where safety conditions allow. Energy workers are doing everything possible to restore power to all consumers as quickly as possible," the Ministry of Energy states.

In all regions of Ukraine, hourly power outage schedules are being implemented today. Additionally, in most regions, power restrictions for industrial consumers and businesses continue to be in effect, the report notes.
