On the night of October 4, an enemy attack occurred in the Chernihiv region, resulting in damage to critical electrical facilities. This information was provided by the energy company – "Chernihivoblenergo".

Reports indicate that emergency outages affected approximately 50,000 users.
The Chernihiv regional military administration has not yet disclosed the exact locations of the strikes.
Meanwhile, a scheduled power outage plan is in place across the region.

"The plan involves three hours of power followed by three hours without power. We are doing everything possible to avoid additional outages given the current situation. We hope that during peak hours, the outages will be less severe" - stated the Chernihiv regional military administration.
