In Kyiv, rescue operations have been ongoing for over 30 hours continuously.

This was reported by Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko via Telegram.

Rescue teams have dismantled key sections of the collapsed building to ensure that no one remains trapped under the debris. Recovery efforts continue so that residents of the unaffected apartments can retrieve their belongings as soon as possible. Since last night, thousands of law enforcement personnel have been on-site at the attack locations in the capital, rotating every few hours. A significant number of equipment, drones, and aviation resources have been deployed. Sadly, during the attack on Kyiv, 23 individuals could not be saved, including 4 children, the youngest being just 2 years old. Some bodies remain unidentified, and 8 individuals are out of contact with their families. Investigators and experts are thoroughly examining each case. Emergency services managed to rescue 17 people, including 4 children. The total number of injured exceeds 50 individuals. Assistance is being provided to all, particularly in recovering documents and documenting damages – over 1100 claims have already been filed. Thank you to everyone who is working at the limits of their capabilities in the impact zones and assisting people during this difficult time. Eternal memory to all who perished as a result of the terrorist attack from Russia.
