«The fire response is still underway following the enemy's nighttime strike. Relevant authorities are assessing the locations. Preliminary information indicates that there are no casualties or injuries. The blast wave has damaged the premises of the regional philharmonic,» the report states.

After the assessments, municipal services and a commission will begin work to evaluate the consequences.
