Russian occupying forces shelled a fire-rescue unit in the Zaporizhzhia region: four rescuers were injured.

Details: On June 2, the enemy launched yet another attack on a fire-rescue unit in one of the frontline towns of Zaporizhzhia.

Despite the personnel being in a shelter, four rescuers sustained injuries, and eight others are undergoing examinations. The State Emergency Service assures that they are receiving all necessary medical and psychological aid.

The building of the unit and the fire trucks suffered significant damage due to direct hits.

Furthermore, during the evacuation of the injured to a stabilization point, Russian forces opened fire again. Two fire trucks, which were transporting the injured and the entire personnel of the unit, came under fire.
