The registration for the program «UNDP: Women’s Leadership Initiative in Digital Public Services» is now open. This program is tailored for women looking to strengthen their roles in the digital transformation of public services.

Participants can expect 16 online webinars and two in-person training sessions in Kyiv. The program features interactive lectures, case study analyses, and practical workshops that will aid participants in deepening their expertise, assessing risks, and implementing effective solutions in the realm of digital transformation.

This initiative targets women who already have experience in public service digitalization and wish to develop management skills, strategic thinking, and innovative solutions.

Program duration: May — September 2025.

We invite:

Women working in government bodies or affiliated agencies.

Candidates with a higher education degree and at least 2 years of professional experience.

Leaders who have participated in two or more projects related to digital transformation at the central or regional level.

Proficiency in English at the upper-intermediate level or higher will be an advantage.

The registration deadline is April 28.

This program is implemented under the «Diia Support Project» by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Ukraine, with financial support from Sweden, in partnership with the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and CDTO Campus.
