The State Statistics Service of Ukraine has unveiled a revamped digital portal that incorporates artificial intelligence to enhance user accessibility.
In a statement made by Ukraine's Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov on his Telegram channel, he noted that many of the State Statistics systems were outdated, and no unified database existed. This is now being addressed.
The new portal serves as a singular access point for official statistical data collection, analysis, and dissemination, featuring user-friendly options like quick search, filters, visualization, and interactive dashboards.
Additionally, the portal introduces the AI assistant StatGPT, which supports queries in both Ukrainian and English, making official data accessible to everyone. It also offers an API for automatic data retrieval, allowing users to obtain real-time statistics without the need for manual copying.
Fedorov highlighted that the digital transformation project is being implemented with the support of the Swiss-Ukrainian EGAP Program, executed by the Eastern Europe Foundation.
