Ukrainian athlete Alina Filipovich earned a bronze medal in the under 59 kg weight category at the European Wrestling Championship taking place in Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia.

In the bronze medal match, she triumphed over Hungary's Erika Bognar with a score of 3:2.

It is worth noting that Filipovich reached the bronze medal match automatically after her opponent, who she lost to in the quarter-finals, advanced to the final.

This marks the third bronze for Ukraine at the tournament. Earlier, Andriy Dzhelep in the under 61 kg category and Oleksandra Khomenets in the under 55 kg category also claimed similar honors.
