Ukrainian tennis player Daria Snihur has advanced to the semifinals of the ITF (W75) tournament in Al-Fujairah (UAE).
In the quarterfinals, Daria (No. 159 in WTA rankings) defeated Slovakian Viktoria Gruncharova (218) with a score of 6:4, 6:2, as reported by Ukrinform.
This was the third encounter between the two players, and the Ukrainian secured her third victory.
This season marks the seventh time Snihur has reached the semifinals in ITF tournaments, and she will aim for her fourth final appearance.
Her next opponent will be Petra Marchinko from Croatia (114).
