Nataliya Zharkova — a rising star in the world of freediving. At the CMAS World Championship taking place in the Greek town of Mitikas, she clinched gold in the constant weight discipline with fins (CWT). With a dive of 113 meters, Nataliya not only established a new national record but also surpassed her closest rival by four meters.
This record depth is comparable to the heights of the best buildings in the capital: for instance, it exceeds the height of the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine (106 m) and is just slightly lower than the 27-story 101 Tower (116 m).
Congratulations to Nataliya, and let’s continue to support the Ukrainian national team at the world championship, which runs until September 17!
