Ukraine has secured its first medal in underwater sports at the 2025 World Games, and it’s gold!

Sofia Grechko achieved victory in the fin swimming event for 200 meters with an impressive time of 1:27.90.

This marks Sofia's third medal at the World Games. In 2022 in Birmingham (USA), she won gold in the 200-meter monofin event and silver in the 400-meter monofin event.
