The Ukrainian volleyball team experienced a disappointing defeat against Canada in their 12th Nations League match, eliminating their chances of advancing to the Final Eight.

The match concluded with a score of 3:1, leaving the Ukrainians without any points in the standings.

In the first set, the Canadians quickly built an early lead, which was equalized at 14:14. However, the players under Raúl Lozano could not capitalize on their momentum and ultimately lost 25:21.

The second set proved to be quite challenging for the Ukrainian team. Despite having a 5-point lead at 17:12, the Canadian team managed to level the score, and the Ukrainians narrowly won the set 27:25.

The third set was tense as well, but Raúl Lozano's team failed to secure a two-point advantage after a tie at 25:25.

In the fourth set, similar to the first, the Ukrainian volleyball players struggled to assert themselves and lost 25:21.

As a result of this game, Ukraine remained in 7th place in the Nations League table, but to advance to the Final Eight, they needed to win at least two sets and earn one point.
