President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has signed a new decree that activates the decisions of the National Security and Defense Council regarding "Further development of support programs for citizens based on ensuring economic stability and cleansing the financial system."
This information was reported by the agency "Interfax-Ukraine."
According to the NSDC decision, the Cabinet of Ministers is to assess the situation regarding international aid to Ukraine within a month and prepare proposals for attracting new sources of assistance at the next meeting of the Donor Platform Steering Committee.
Additionally, the government must ensure full funding for education, healthcare, and social protection expenditures, as well as take measures to support the national producer.
The NSDC also instructed to refine the criteria for defining defense companies as critically important, concerning those authorized by the Ministry of Defense to execute state orders in the defense sector.
Furthermore, provisions will be made for the reservation of employees in utility companies, such as heating plants and water utilities, allowing them to reserve up to 75% of conscripted workers.
The government, in collaboration with law enforcement agencies, will check the assets of individuals and entities under sanctions within three months to identify any possible influence on these assets.
