After a temporary halt in the work of state registers due to a significant cyber attack, the "eRestoration" service has fully resumed its operations. This was reported by the Ministry of Regional Development's press service.

"Owners of damaged or destroyed housing can apply for compensation through the portal or the "Diia" app, as well as through the Administrative Services Centers," the message states.

At the same time, the reservation period for funds for homeowners with housing certificates has been extended by 30 days - until February 20, 2025.

"This will allow for a calmer process in formalizing purchase and sale agreements for new housing to replace the destroyed ones," the ministry explained.
