Lieutenant General Kyrylo Budanov, head of the GUR of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, met with members of the band “Kurgan&Agregat”, who, along with the Charity Fund of Diana Podolyanchuk, donated FPV drones for military reconnaissance worth a total of 3 million UAH.
He expressed his appreciation for the uniqueness and sincerity of the group's music.
“Your music is special because it carries a life truth, which is understood by many Ukrainians. Such artists communicate with people in a common language. When they support our soldiers through concrete actions, it creates a powerful synergy between culture and the military,” emphasized Budanov.
Additionally, the musicians donated another 2 million UAH for the procurement of advanced MAGURA marine drones, which help Ukraine maintain dominance in the northwestern part of the Black Sea. The total amount of assistance reached 5 million UAH.
During the meeting, the artists presented Budanov with a signed copy of their latest album. The head of GUR, in turn, gifted the band a signed model of the MAGURA drone as a symbolic souvenir of their joint projects.
“Marine and aerial drones provide our units with a real advantage on the battlefield. I wish you continued creative success and hope our collaboration will persist,” stressed the head of GUR.
It is worth noting that earlier, the band “Kurgan&Agregat” participated in the purchase of boats for the special forces of the GUR of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and donated large batches of strike drones.
