The operational director of the Bring Kids Back UA initiative, Daria Zarivna, met with children who returned from temporarily occupied territories, alongside Ukrainian singer Jerry Heil.

These meetings are an essential part of the children’s reintegration process and their psychological recovery.

The children shared their experiences, discussing their journeys, dreams, and the challenges of adapting after returning home.

«Each of you is incredibly strong. You have gone through more than you should have to in your childhood. Being here today is not just a joyful event; it is already a personal victory and the beginning of a new journey. Remember that Ukraine stands with you – if you have dreams, we want to help you realize them. We are bringing Ukrainian children home, helping them rediscover themselves and feel the support and love that awaits them», emphasized Daria Zarivna.

Jerry Heil, as an ambassador of Bring Kids Back UA, actively participates in initiatives supporting children who have experienced deportation, forced relocation, or life in occupied territories.

The President of Ukraine's initiative, Bring Kids Back UA, not only works on the return of illegally deported children but also on their reintegration. Psychosocial support and the creation of a safe environment are crucial components of this effort.
