Background:

Following negotiations held in Saudi Arabia from March 23-25, the USA, Russia, and Ukraine agreed to discuss security measures for navigation in the Black Sea.

However, Russia later presented a list of demands, including the easing of certain sanctions on the agricultural sector. The USA stated they would consider these demands, while European countries rejected the idea of lifting sanctions.
