A new scam scheme has emerged in Ukraine, using the name «Ukrposhta».

This information is provided by the Center for Counteracting Disinformation under the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine.

Scammers are sending suspicious messages to users about packages, asking them to update their delivery address via a provided link.

If you receive such a notification, do not click or follow the link.

«Never click on such links or enter your details, as scammers can gain access to your personal information».

How to identify scammers: tips from «Ukrposhta»

«Ukrposhta» emphasizes that they do not send messages from unknown numbers.

The company points out that any additional punctuation marks can indicate a scam.

«Any extra dashes, commas, periods, or unnecessary letters are signs of fraud. Furthermore, we do not communicate from «unknown» numbers. Do not provide your bank details and do not share anything with strangers», the message states.
