The State Geological and Subsoil Service of Ukraine has launched a new platform for registering special permits for mineral use.

This information is confirmed by the press service of the State Geonadr.

The register contains details about:

- the date, duration, and reason for the issuance of the special permit for mineral use,

- extensions and amendments to the permit,

- type and purpose of mineral use,

- information about the mineral area,

- funding sources for the planned works by the mineral user (state or private funds),

- special conditions, details about the owner and the approval of the permit,

- agreements on the terms of mineral use or production sharing agreements, among others.

According to the State Geonadr, the special permit for mineral use is issued in the form of an electronic extract from the register. The information contained in the extract is current and accurate as of the date of its creation.

The register operates around the clock, except during preventive or technical work.

During the state of martial law, access to the resource is temporarily restricted, except for law enforcement agencies, state authorities, and local governments.

As stated by the head of the State Geonadr, Oleg Hotsynets, preparations are underway to implement registers for artesian, oil, and gas wells.

Reminder:

The "Diia" app allows users to submit claims to the Damage Register for compensation for emotional suffering due to the disappearance of a close family member.

Ukrainians who have suffered due to Russian aggression since February 24, 2022, can now submit six additional categories of claims for compensation to the international Damage Register via "Diia".

The "Diia" app has also added an extract from the Register of Damaged and Destroyed Property — confirming the destruction of housing or a submitted application for eRecovery.
