Igor Smilyansky, the CEO of "Ukrposhta", announced that the company will not be revising its shipping rates.
It has been reported that Nova Poshta is raising its tariffs starting December 1, and many customers are asking if Ukrposhta will follow suit.
"We want to clarify that we have no such plans at the moment," he stated on Telegram.
Smilyansky also reminded that this year, the "Winter Support" program can be used for shipping payments.
"For 1000 UAH, you can send or receive about 15 parcels with Ukrposhta (and over 20 if you choose the Basic rate)," he added.
